Our extensive and highly engaging content, combined with thorough learning materials delivered via our app does the bulk of the teaching. Instead, a learning mentor does what we call ‘bachay ku galay se laga ke rakhna.’ That’s 90% of the job!

At SenPi we don't believe in labels like ‘nikama’ or ‘nalaiq’. We instead believe students are like locks, and every lock has one thing in common - they can all be opened with a key! We want people adept at finding these keys. Are you that person? Then lets talk!

Your responsibilities would include

• Sync a student’s learning pathway on our app with their school’s syllabus
• Create a connection with the students, understand their likes, interests and passions so that you are able to inspire, motivate and troubleshoot as needed.
• Keep them on track via gentle nudges and reminders
• Keep parents in loop by sending progress updates
• Do monthly online check-ins with parents and students
• Answer student and parent queries (Related to the platform, preparing for exams etc)
• Be a part of our strategy team, contribute ideas, point out problems, and work with us closely to help define what a learning platform for the modern age should look like

The ideal applicant should have

• You must have familiarity with the olevels system - either having done it yourself, or having taught it. (If you have taught olevels, thats a big plus)
  • To be specific, this means that you should be familiar with the olevels exam format, study techniques, paper structure, course materials etc.
  • If you had good grades in O/A Levels that’s a plus
• You must have experience with the field of education, whether as a teacher, strategist, or curriculum developYou er etc.
• You should have the ability to explain science and maths topics in an easy to understand way. While most of the teaching is done by out app, you might need to do one-off sessions with students in case a student needs some exYtra help.
• We currently offer Maths, Physics and Chemistry. We don't expect you to be an expert in all of them but you should atleast be able to handle basic questions for grades 6 to olevels from these subjects. If a student needs help with more advanced topics/concepts, you can coordinate with our subject experts to get them the help they need.
• You must be an individual capable of deep empathy, able to connect with young students, speak in their language, and show keen authentic interest in their passions and interests.

What are we offering
